Safe Deposit Boxes
Safe Deposit Boxes are available at all People's branches, with the exception of the Bristol branch. Please call the branch location for available sizes and cost.
Touch-Tone Teller
Check balances or transfer funds to and from your checking, savings, and loan accounts from any touch-tone telephone. You can access Touch-Tone Teller by calling 888.728.2447.
Direct Deposit
Paychecks and other regularly occurring payments, such as Social Security, dividend or retirement checks can be deposited directly into your People's Credit Union account.
Overdraft Coverage Options
Life happens! People's Credit Union understands that unexpected overdrafts occur from time to time – Overdraft Coverage can help.
Overdraft Protection services apply to all transactions and may help prevent overdrafts by automatically transferring funds to your checking account from another account, or line of credit you may have at People's Credit Union for a fee or finance charge. Please note that overdraft lines of credit are subject to credit approval.
Overdraft Privilege allows you to overdraw your account up to the disclosed limit for a fee in order to pay a transaction. Even if you have overdraft protection, Overdraft Privilege is still available as secondary coverage if the other protection source is exhausted.
Wire Transfers
Money wires are a safe, convenient way to move money electronically between accounts at different financial institutions. Both incoming and outgoing transfers are available for a nominal service charge.
